摘　　要：芦丁是一种天然的黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于植物的根、茎、叶、花、果实和种子中,具有丰富的食用价值和药用研究价值。芦丁具有抗炎、抗氧化、调节血糖血脂、抗菌、抗病毒、增强免疫力等生物学活性,能够有效提高动物的生长性能、改善畜产品品质、调节胃肠道健康,在替抗养殖方面具有广阔的应用前景。文章综述了芦丁的提取方法、生理功能以及在动物生产中的应用,为芦丁作为畜牧生产中一种新型健康的饲料添加剂的开发提供参考。Rutin is a natural flavonoid,which widely exists in the roots,stems,leaves,flowers,fruits and seeds of plants,and it has rich edible value and medicinal research value.Rutin has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,blood sugar and blood lipid regulation,antibacterial,antiviral,immunity enhancement and other biological activities,which can effectively improve the growth performance of animals,upgrade the quality of livestock products,and regulate the health of gastrointestinal tract.It has a broad application prospect in antibiotic breeding.In the paper,the extraction methods,physiological functions and applications of rutin in animal production are reviewed,to provide a reference for the development of rutin as a new healthy feed additive in animal production.
