摘　　要：研究了国产脱蛋白天然橡胶(DPNR)在理化性能、基础配方胶料性能和球铰配方胶料性能方面与越南恒粘橡胶(CV60)的差异。结果表明,与CV60相比,DPNR生胶非橡胶烃含量较低,纯净度高,支化分子链数目少,相对分子质量低;门尼粘度较高,挺性好,焦烧安全性高;硫化胶拉断伸长率较高,抗压缩永久变形和回弹性均较好,压缩生热和滞后损失均较低,屈挠性能相对较好。在球铰配方胶料中,DPNR耐形变和动态疲劳性能优势明显。The differences between domestic deproteinized natural rubber(DPNR)and Vietnam′s constant viscosity rubber(CV60)in terms of physical and chemical properties,basic formulation properties and elastic bush formulation properties were studied.The results showed that the raw rubber of domestic DPNR had lower non-rubber hydrocarbon content,purer components,less branched molecular chains and lower relative molecular weight.DPNR had higher Mooney viscosity,good stiffness and good scorch safety.The vulcanizate had higher elongation at break,good resistance to compression set and resilience,low compression heat generation and hysteresis loss,relatively good flexibility.In summary,the good deformation resistance and dynamic fatigue properties of domestic DPNR in the elastic bush formula had obvious advantages.
