摘  要:研究了氯丁橡胶(CR)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)并用比对其硫化胶力学性能和耐热空气老化性能的影响。结果表明,当CR/NBR并用比为80/20时,并用胶力学性能最好;CR具有优异的耐空气老化性能,加入NBR使CR/NBR并用胶耐空气老化性能降低;以拉断伸长率做寿命预测评价指标,通过Arrhenius方程推算出了CR/NBR并用胶不同温度下的预期使用寿命。The effects of CR/NBR blend ratio on the mechanical properties and hot air aging resistance of the vulcanizate were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties of CR/NBR blends were the best when the CR/NBR blend ratio was 80/20.CR had excellent air aging resistance,and adding of NBR reduced the hot air aging resistance of CR/NBR blends;The expected service life of CR/NBR blends at different temperatures was calculated by Arrhenius equation with the elongation at break as criteria.
