摘 要:采用动态硫化法制备了高密度聚乙烯/丁苯橡胶热塑性硫化胶(HDPE/SBR TPV);通过差示扫描量热法研究了HDPE和HDPE/SBR TPV非等温结晶动力学行为,并利用Avrami,Ozawa和Mo等技术探讨了两者非等温结晶机理。结果表明,HDPE和HDPE/SBR TPV非等温结晶行为均可采用Jeziorny和Mo技术修正的Avrami动力学方程描述;与HDPE相比,HDPE/SBR TPV具有相对较高的结晶起始温度和结晶速率。High density polyethylene(HDPE)/styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)was prepared by dynamic vulcanization method.The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of HDPE/SBR TPV and pure HDPE were studied by differential scanning calorimetry,and the non-isothermal crystallization mechanisms of TPV and HDPE were discussed by Avrami,Ozawa and Mo methods.The results showed that the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of TPV and HDPE could be described by the dynamic equations of Avrami modified with Jeziorny and Mo method.Compared with that of HDPE,HDPE/SBR TPV had relatively higher crystallization initial temperature and crystallization rate.
