摘　　要：住培作为毕业后医学教育的重要过程之一,是提升临床医师理论知识、实践能力及人文素养,为医疗卫生事业培养具有更高水准的医疗人才,不断提高我国医疗质量的重要组成部分。合适的考核评价模式以评价住培质量在住院医师规范化培训体系中处于核心环节。因此,为满足国家及人民对高质量医学人才的需要,探索基于核心能力培养的多元化评价体系,以更全面地评价住培质量已是大势所趋。本文通过阐述当前住培考核评价体系的现状,查阅相关文献,结合郑州大学第一附属医院住培考核评价经验,提出相应的应对策略。As one of the important processes of medical education after graduation,residential training is an important part of improving clinicians’theoretical knowledge,practical ability and humanistic quality,cultivating medical talents with higher standards for medical and health undertakings,and continuously improving the quality of medical care in China.The appropriate assessment and evaluation mode to evaluate the quality of residential training is at the core of the standardized training system for resident doctors.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of the country and the people for high-quality medical talents,it is a general trend to explore a diversified evaluation system based on core competency training and evaluate the quality of residential training more comprehensively.This paper puts forward corresponding coping strategies by expounding the current status of the residential training assessment and evaluation system,reviewing relevant literature,and combining the experience of residential training assessment and evaluation in our hospital.
