赤桉蜂蜜对围绝经期大鼠器官指数及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨赤桉蜂蜜(Jarrah Honey,JH)治疗围绝经期综合征(PMS)的药效学作用。方法:切除双侧卵巢制备PMS Wistar大鼠模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、戊酸雌二醇组(0.09 mg/kg)、20%JH溶液组、40% JH溶液组、80% JH溶液组和40%市售蜂蜜组,灌胃给药6周,测定Wistar大鼠体质量、子宫指数、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,并采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清中雌二醇(E_(2))、下丘脑中促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、垂体中促卵泡生成素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)的含量。结果:与假手术组相比,模型组的大鼠体质量升高,子宫、胸腺及脾脏指数下降(P <0.01);血清E_2水平降低,垂体中的FSH和LH与下丘脑中的GnRH水平升高(P <0.01)。与模型组相比,40% JH溶液组和80% JH溶液组使大鼠子宫指数、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清E_2水平升高,大鼠体质量、垂体中的FSH和LH水平和下丘脑中的GnRH水平下降(P <0.05或P <0.01)。结论:赤桉蜂蜜具有雌激素样作用,可能通过改善PMS相关的激素水平而改善Wistar大鼠的PMS临床症状。Objective:To investigate the pharmacodynamics of jarrah honey(JH)in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods:PMS Wistar rat model is prepared by bilateral ovariectomy.Wistar rats are randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,estradiol valerate group(0.09 mg/kg),20%JH solution group,40%JH solution group,80%JH solution group and 40%commercial honey group,and are administrated intragastrically for 6 weeks.Body mass,uterine coefficient,thymus index and spleen index of Wistar rats are determined,and serum estradiol,gonadotropin-releasing hormone in hypothalamus,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in pituitary gland are detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with sham operation group,the body weight of rats in model group increase,and the indexes of uterus,thymus and spleen decrease(P<0.01).The levels of serum E2 decrease,FSH and LH in pituitary gland and GnRH in hypothalamus increase(P<0.01).Compared with model group,40%JH solution and 80%JH solution could increase uterine index,thymus index,spleen index and serum E2 level,and decrease FSH and LH levels in pituitary gland and GnRH level in hypothalamus(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Jarrah honey has estrogen-like effects,which may improve the clinical symptoms PMS in Wistar rats by improving the level related to PMS hormone.
