摘　　要：目的:分析川芎水煎液灌胃对小鼠骨缺损的修复效果。方法:成功建立32只SPF级昆明雄性右侧胫骨骨缺损小鼠模型,随机分为对照组(冠心宁注射液灌胃)和川芎组(川芎水煎液灌胃),两组分别在第4天、第7天、第14天、第21天各取4只小鼠,进行日常状态观察、步态观察、骨修复观察。结果:川穹组小鼠与对照组小鼠相比,恢复期明显更短,在第14天时已基本能正常行走,且伤口愈合完全并形成硬骨,伤口与原创面平齐,形成骨性骨痂。结论:川芎水煎液对骨缺损修复有明显促进作用,其效用显现可能与其影响胫骨骨缺损小鼠局部病灶炎症状态和促进微循环改善有关。Objective:To analyze the repair effect of Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’decoction by gavage on bone defect.Methods:32 SPF Kunming male mice with right tibial bone defect are successfully made and randomly divided into control group(Guanxinning Injection gavage)and Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’group(Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’decoction liquid gavage).Four mice in each group are taken at 4 days,7 days,14 days and 21 days,respectively,for daily state observation,gait observation and bone repair observation.Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery period of the mice in the bone defect gavage group is significantly shorter,and the mice in the bone defect gavage group have basically walked normally at 14 days,and the wound healed completely and formed hard bone,and the wound is flush with the original wound,and bony callus is formed.Conclusion:Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’decoction can significantly promote the repair of bone defects,which may be related to its effect on the inflammation of local lesions and the improvement of microcirculation in mice with tibial bone defects.
