摘  要:移动床生物膜反应器(Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor,MBBR)兼具活性污泥和生物膜两者的优点,硝化和反硝化能同步进行。为研究曝气量对MBBR运行效果的影响,分别设置曝气量为0.3 L/min、0.4 L/min和0.5 L/min,培养5 d后测定反应器中NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N浓度变化,分析不同曝气量下反应器生物膜中微生物的硝化活性差异。结果表明,在COD浓度为350 mg/L、NH_(4)^(+)-N浓度为45 mg/L时,曝气量为0.4 L/min的微生物硝化活性最佳,结果为以后高效运行MBBR提供依据。Moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)has the advantages of both activated sludge and biofilm,and nitrification and denitrification can be carried out simultaneously.In order to study the influence of aeration volume on the operation effect of MBBR,the aeration volume is set to 0.3 L/min,0.4 L/min and 0.5 L/min,respectively.After 5 days of incubation,the concentration changes of NH_(4)^(+)-N,NO_(2)^(-)-N,NO_(3)^(-)-N in the reactor are measured,and the nitrification activity differences of microorganisms in the biofilm of the reactor are analyzed under different aeration rates.The results show that when COD concentration is 350 mg/L and NH_(4)^(+)-N concentration is 45 mg/L,the aeration rate is 0.4 L/min,the microbial nitrification activity is the best,which provided a basis for the future laboratory operation of MBBR.
