摘  要:科研院所普遍存在研究生招生规模小、教师教学投入不够、教育理念不新、应用研究与科研理论脱节等问题。武汉生物制品研究所从确立复合型人才培养模式、搭建产学研结合创新平台、共建导师团队和生物制品课程、加强横向合作拓展实践教学资源、保障研究生培养经费投入及课程教学质量5个方面进行了改革和实践,构建了产学研结合的创新生物制品课程体系,实现科研院所高层次人才培养模式的创新,显著提高了研究生实践能力和研究生培养质量。Research institutes generally have problems such as small scale of graduate student enrollment,insufficient teaching input of teachers,outdated educational concepts,and disconnection between applied research and scientific research theories.Wuhan Institute of Biological Products has carried out reforms and practices in five aspects:establishing a composite talent training model,building an innovation platform for industry-universityresearch integration,jointly building a mentor team and biological product courses,strengthening horizontal cooperation to expand practical teaching resources,and ensuring the input of funds for graduate student training and the quality of course teaching,and has built an innovative biological product course system for industry-university-research integration,realizing the innovation of high-level talent training model of research institutes,and significantly improving the practical ability and training quality of graduate students.
