摘 要:以煤矸石、钢渣、矿粉为原材料,氢氧化钠作为激发剂,利用均匀试验设计方法,制备了6组不同配合比的煤矸石混合料,测试了其7 d无侧限抗压强度RC、180 d抗压回弹模量EC和180 d劈裂强度Ri。通过回归分析的方法,分别建立钢渣、矿粉、氢氧化钠的相对掺量与煤矸石混合料3项力学性能之间的回归方程,并分析掺合料相对掺量对煤矸石混合料3项力学性能的影响。结果表明,在钢渣掺量为32.1%~72.0%、矿粉掺量为7.0%~13.1%、氢氧化钠掺量为3.3%~5.7%时,RC为2.11~5.40 MPa、EC为613~1220 MPa、Ri为0.40~1.41 MPa;在研究范围内,回归方程能准确预测出目标强度与各掺合料相对掺量之间的关系。Using coal gangue,steel slag and slag powder as raw materials and sodium hydroxide as activator,the paper prepared six groups of coal gangue mixtures with different mixing ratios by using the uniform experimental design method,and tested the 7 d unconfined compressive strength,180 d compressive resilience modulus and 180 d splitting strength of mixing ratio of each group.Through the method of regression analysis,the regression equations between the relative contents of steel slag,slag powder,sodium hydroxide and the three mechanical properties of the coal gangue mixture were established respectively,and the effects of the relative contents of each admixture on the three mechanical properties of the coal gangue mixture were analyzed.The results show that within the relatively reasonable content range of 32.1%~72.0%steel slag,7.0%~13.1%slag powder and 3.3%~5.7%sodium hydroxide,the range of RC is 2.11~5.40 MPa,the range of EC is 613~1220 MPa and the range of Ri is 0.40~1.41 MPa.The regression equation can accurately predict the relationship between the target strength and the relative content of each admixture.
