摘 要:选取不同表观密度的聚合聚苯板分别进行单体燃烧试验、燃烧热值试验、不燃性试验,研究表观密度对聚合聚苯板燃烧性能的影响,比较其之间存在的差异。结果表明:聚合聚苯板表观密度在一定范围(100~175 kg/m^(3))内,无机阻燃剂的含量越高,燃烧性能试验的各项指标数值越小,阻燃性能越好。保持聚苯板的密度不变的情况下,无机阻燃剂的热值随聚合聚苯板的密度增加而增大。Polymeric polystyrene board with different apparent densities are selected,and the combustion calorific value experiment,the monomer combustion experiment,and the non-combustibility experiment are respectively carried out to study the influence of different apparent densities on combustion performance of the polymeric polystyrene boards,and compare the differences between them.The results show that within a certain apparent density range(100~175 kg/m^(3)),the higher the percentage of inorganic flame retardants,the lower the values of various indicators in the combustion performance test.When the density of the polystyrene board is kept constant,the calorific value of the inorganic flame retardant increases with the increase of the density of the polymerized polystyrene board.
