摘 要:为了较全面地了解回收塑料对聚丙烯性能的影响,以及探讨成品回收塑料用量测试方法,研究了回收塑料用量对聚丙烯塑料冲击性能、拉伸性能、熔点、结晶度、熔体质量流动速率、流动活化能等性能的影响,并进行了红外光谱、热重分析,得到了较全面的基础数据。研究表明,在聚丙烯新料中,随着回收塑料用量的增加,加工的流动性能提高;回收塑料用量较大时,影响产品的总体性能及使用寿命,且可通过傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱法(ATR-FTIR)测试聚丙烯材料中回收塑料用量。In order to fully understand the impact of recycled plastics on the properties of polypropylene and discuss the determination method of the amount of recycled plastics in finished products,this paper studied the impact properties,tensile properties,melting point,crystallinity,melt mass flow rate,flow activation energy and other properties of polypropylene plastics affected by the amount of recycled plastics,and carried out infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry analysis to obtain comprehensive basic data.It is concluded that the processing flowability of the new polypropylene material is improved with the increase of the amount of recycled plastic.When the amount of recycled plastic is large,it will affect the overall properties and service life of the products,the amount of recycled plastic in polypropylene could be measured by attenuated total reflection fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR).
