摘 要:钢壳混凝土组合结构是一种重要的沉管隧道设计形式。研究防火板的布置及不同火灾工况下该沉管结构的温度传递规律,对开展运营期的钢壳混凝土沉管隧道火灾风险分析具有重要意义。以隧道火灾涉事车辆作为分类,根据沉管隧道钢壳混凝土结构建立三维有限元数值模型,模拟了小轿车、轻型车辆、巴士及重型货车火灾工况下有无防火板布置共12种情景下的钢壳混凝土结构温度传递情况。结果表明:对于钢壳混凝土组合结构,没有布置防火板情况下发生巴士火灾或更严重隧道火灾时,混凝土会达到建筑设计规范的防火极限,而布置有防火板时,结构温度场在各工况下均为安全。相关成果可为钢壳混凝土结构型沉管隧道的火灾风险分析研究提供参考。The steel-concrete-steel(SCS)sandwich composite structure is an important structural design for an immersed tube tunnel.Studies on the heat transfer in this composite structure under different fire scenarios are of important significance for the fire risk evaluation of a sandwich-structured immersed tube tunnel during the operation period.Taking the types of vehicles involved in the fire in the tunnel as classification standard,a total of 12 tunnel fire scenarios are designed,including different vehicles such as cars,light vehicles,buses,and heavy trucks.A three-dimensional(3D)finite element numerical simulation model is established for the SCS sandwich-structured immersed tunnel to simulate the heat transfer in the structure with or without fireboard in the fire scenarios.The results show that in the SCS structure,when tunnel fire of burning buses or other more serious fires occur without the fireproof panel,the temperature of concrete will reach the limitation for fire safety set by the Code of Practice for Fire Safety in Buildings,while when the fireproof panels are equipped,the temperature field of the structure is within safe limits in all fire conditions.The results can provide reference of design of SCS immersed tunnels.
