摘  要:绞吸挖泥船施工时浓度、流量往往是评价挖泥船能力和生产效益的最重要指标。由于挖泥船输送介质具有浓度高、组成复杂、大粒径岩土砾石众多等特点,因此对于管路浓度的测量,多采用放射性γ射线密度计,该方法具有非接触、精度高等特点,但是会对环境造成一定的污染,所以亟需寻求可以替代放射性测量的非核浓度计测量方法。因此,针对挖泥船输送液固两相流介质特点,以现有管道输送试验台为对象,该文提出了微波浓度测量方法,通过测量管路中的水分含量,获取固体物料的含量,从而有效避免了物料粒径过大、气泡等对测量精度的影响。该文通过模型实验验证了泥浆浓度测量的准确性,并针对温升造成的传感器数据偏差,利用LABVIEW编写了温度补偿程序作为初步解决方法,最后利用实验验证该解决方法的可行性。该方法能够降低温度导致的浓度变化量,达到减小误差的目的。During the construction of cutter suction dredger,the concentration and flow rate are often the most important indicators to evaluate the capacity and production efficiency of the dredger. Due to the characteristics of high concentration,complex composition,and numerous large-sized rock,soil and gravel transported media by dredgers,radioactive γ-ray densitometers are mostly used for the measurement of pipeline concentration. This method has the characteristics of non-contact and high precision,but it will cause certain pollution to the environment,so it is urgent to find a non-nuclear concentration meter measurement method that can replace the radioactivity measurement. Therefore,according to the characteristics of liquid-solid two-phase flow medium conveyed by dredgers,and taking the existing pipeline transportation test bench as the object,this paper proposes a microwave concentration measurement method. It avoids the influence of material particle size and bubbles on measurement accuracy. In this paper,the accuracy of mud concentration measurement is verified by model experiments,and the temperature compensation program is written in LABVIEW as a preliminary solution for the deviation of sensor data caused by temperature rise.Finally,the feasibility of the solution is verified by experiments. This method can reduce the concentration variation caused by temperature and achieve the purpose of reducing errors.
