摘  要:根据不同的电潜泵作业情况优化调整参数,可以有效控制其运行频率,以此保证运行的高效性。为此,该文提出多约束下的电潜泵变频器最优参数控制方法。在电潜泵结构分析的基础上,分别设置电潜泵下泵深度、最佳扬程多个方面的约束条件。并根据变频器运行原理,从基频以下的调整控制、基频以上的弱磁调整控制两个方面实现多约束下的电潜泵变频器最优参数控制。实验结果表明,通过所提方法计算出某海上采油平台电潜泵各组成设备的最优参数,结合变频器的调整控制,最后得出优化后的油田排采效率提高了12%,验证了所提出电潜泵变频器最优参数控制方法的有效性。The operating frequency of electric submersible pump can be effectively controlled by optimizing and adjusting parameters according to different operating conditions,so as to ensure the high efficiency of operation. For this reason,an optimal parameter control method of electric submersible pump inverter with multiple constraints is proposed. On the basis of the structural analysis of the electric submersible pump,the constraints of the pump depth and the optimal head are set respectively. According to the operation principle of the frequency converter,the optimal parameter control of the electric submersible pump frequency converter under multiple constraints is realized from two aspects:the adjustment control below the fundamental frequency and the adjustment control of the weak magnetic field above the fundamental frequency. The experimental results show that the optimal parameters of each component of the electric submersible pump of an offshore oil production platform are calculated by the proposed method. Combined with the adjustment and control of the frequency converter,the optimized oilfield drainage efficiency is improved by 12%,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed optimal parameter control method of the electric submersible pump frequency converter.
