摘 要:该文介绍了一种基于放电时间测量原理的温度传感器设计方法,不同于传统测温电路对铂电阻两端电压经过信号放大,再进行模数转换(AD)测量温度,该方法直接将温度变化引起电阻应变的测量转化为对电阻放电时间的测量,再根据放电时间进行解析得到当前被测温度。首先介绍了放电时间测量温度原理,其次详细介绍了基于高精度时间测量芯片TDC-GP22的温度测量电路,然后介绍了温度测量的软件实现方法,最后在温度校准装置中进行温度试验,验证了该设计方法的准确性。This paper introduces a design method of temperature sensor based on the measurement principle of discharge time. Different from the traditional temperature measurement circuit,which amplifies the signal of the voltage at both ends of the platinum resistor,and then performs analog-to-digital conversion(AD) to measure the temperature,this method directly converts the measurement of resistance strain caused by temperature change into the measurement of resistance discharge time,and then analyzes the current measured temperature according to the discharge time. Firstly,the principle of temperature measurement by discharge time is introduced. Secondly,the temperature measurement circuit based on high-precision time measurement chip TDC-GP22 is introduced in detail. Then,the software implementation method of temperature measurement is introduced. Finally,the temperature test is carried out in the temperature calibration device to verify the accuracy of this design method.
