摘  要:锡槽0贝区是浮法工艺的核心部位,结合锡槽0贝区结构,介绍浮法玻璃在锡槽0贝区产生缺陷的类型及原因,同时根据锡槽化学反应机理及生产实践,改造升级锡槽0贝区氮气进气系统及密封方式,达到科学稳定控制锡槽0贝区气氛,减少玻璃板面缺陷产生、提高玻璃产质量,延长锡槽0贝区盖板砖及氮气进气系统的使用寿命和更换周期。The 0 bay zone of tin bath is the core part of float process.The types and causes of float glass defect occurred in the 0 bay zone of tin bath were discussed in connection with the structure of 0 bay zone in the tin bath.Based on the chemical reaction mechanism and production practice of tin tank,the nitrogen intake system and sealing mode in 0 bay area of tin tank are reformed and upgraded so as to control the atmosphere in 0 bay area tin tank scientifically and stably,reduce the defects of glass surface,improve the glass quality and yield of glass production,and extend the service life and replacement cycle of the cover brick and nitrogen intake system in 0 bay area of tin tank.
