摘　　要：当节能降耗是提高企业经济效益、实现绿色生产的一个重要途径。结合工作实际,在不改变配料效率基础上,针对原设计的配料线、碎玻璃返回线设备启停时间不合理的地方进行了优化,减少了设备空转等待时间,并在保证除尘效率基础上对原除尘器进行了节能改造,以上措施达到了节约能源和延长设备使用年限的目的。Energy saving and consumption reduction is an important way to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and realize green production.The technicians in workshop combined with the actual work,and on the basis of not changing the batching efficiency,they optimized the original design batching line and cullet return line for the unreasonable start and stop time of the equipment,reducing the idle waiting time of the equipment.In addition,on the basis of ensuring the dedusting efficiency,they carried out energy-saving transformation on the original design of the deduster.The above measures achieved the purpose of saving energy and extending the service life of the equipment.
