高质量发展背景下山东省城市生态化建设的时空格局演变及影响因素分析

摘　　要：城市生态化建设有助于推动城市可持续发展,同时也是满足高质量发展目标的客观要求。本文旨在将宏观的生态城市转化为落地性更强的城市生态化建设,以山东省16个地市为研究单元,基于创新、生态、文化、民生及空间5个维度16项指标构建城市生态化建设评价指标体系,运用熵值法、空间自相关、地理探测器等方法探讨山东省城市生态化建设的时空格局及其影响因素。结果表明:1)山东省城市生态化建设水平呈现西低东高的空间分异格局,城市生态化建设整体水平逐年提升;2)城市生态化建设的热点区域为省会、胶东两大经济圈,而鲁南经济圈则是冷点地区;3)影响山东省城市生态化建设水平的因素解释力由大到小依次为水资源利用效率>人均GDP>人均土地面积>文化产业占GDP比重>重化工业为主体的产业机构>土地利用效率,水资源利用效率和人均GDP与其他影响因子的交互作用最为明显。未来山东省城市生态化建设应该注重经济发展和资源的高效利用结合,优化产业结构提质增效,加强区域之间的交流合作,缩小区域差异建设高质量生态城市。Urban ecological construction is an inherent requirement for achieving high-quality development and is of great significance to promoting sustainable urban development.Aiming to transform the macro ecological city into a more landed urban ecological construction,with 16 prefectures and cities in Shandong Province as the research unit,the evaluation index system of urban ecological construction was constructed from 5 dimensions and 16 indicators,such as innovation,ecology,culture,people s livelihood and space,and the spatio-temporal pattern of urban ecological construction in Shandong Province and its influencing factors were discussed by using entropy method,spatial autocorrelation,geographical detectors and other methods.The results are as follows.1)the level of urban ecological construction in Shandong Province showed a spatial distribution pattern of low in the west and high in the east,and the overall level of urban ecological construction was increasing year by year.2)The hot spots were mainly distributed in the provincial capital economic circle and the Jiaodong economic circle,and the Lunan economic circle was a cold spot area.3)The factors affecting the level of urban ecological construction in Shandong Province were explained from large to small as water resources utilization efficiency>per capita GDP>per capita land area>cultural industry as the proportion of GDP>heavy chemical industry as the main body of industrial institutions>land use efficiency,and the interaction between water resource utilization efficiency and per capita GDP with other influencing factors was the most obvious.In the future,the urban ecological construction of Shandong Province should pay attention to the combination of economic development and efficient use of resources,optimize the industrial structure to improve quality and efficiency,strengthen exchanges and cooperation between regions,and narrow regional differences to build a high-quality ecological city.
