摘 要:目的了解宁夏ICU专科护士职业获益感的现况,分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法,于2021年9—12月对宁夏地区459名ICU专科护士采用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感量表和心理资本量表进行调查。结果459名ICU专科护士职业获益感得分为142.32±21.09分、心理资本得分为97.18±14.59分。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、月收入、离岗离职、收入提升及心理资本是影响ICU专科护士职业获益感的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论ICU专科护士职业获益感总体处于中等偏上水平,性别、月收入、离岗离职、收入提升和心理资本是其影响因素,管理者应采取针对性的措施提高ICU专科护士的职业获益感,保障专科护士工作质量。Objective To understand the current situation of professional benefit of ICU specialty nurses in Ningxia and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 459 ICU specialized nurses in Ningxia were investigated by cluster sampling from September to December 2021 using the general data questionnaire,the nurse professional sense of benefit scale and the psychological capital scale.Results The score of professional benefit and psychological capital of 459 ICU specialist nurses was 142.32±21.09 and 97.18±14.59 respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the gender,monthly income,departure,income improvement and psychological capital are the main factors that aff ect the professional benefit of ICU specialist nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of professional benefit of ICU specialist nurses is generally above the middle level,and the factors aff ecting it are gender,monthly income,resignation,income improvement and psychological capital.Managers should take targeted measures to improve the sense of professional benefit of ICU specialist nurses and ensure the work quality of specialist nurses.
