摘  要:目的探讨微视频教育模式对早产产妇母乳喂养自我效能及极低体重儿体质量水平的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月在常州妇幼保健院分娩的早产产妇120例作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则,将产妇分为对照组和观察组,各60例。两组患者均实施常规护理,在此基础上,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施微视频教育模式。观察两组产妇入组时和干预4周时健康知识掌握度、母乳喂养自我效能及母乳喂养率,以及观察两组极低体重儿入组、干预1周、干预2周、干预3周、干预4周时体质量水平。研究中剔除4例产妇,最终116例产妇完成研究,对照组和观察组各58例。结果入组时两组健康知识掌握度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预4周时两组产妇健康知识掌握度评分均较入组时提高,且观察组产妇健康知识掌握度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。入组时两组母乳喂养自我效能量表(Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale,BSES)各领域评分及总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预4周时两组产妇BSES各领域评分及总分均较入组时提高,且观察组产妇BSES各领域评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组母乳喂养率为53.45%,高于对照组的34.48%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入组时至干预4周时,两组极低体重儿体质量比较组间效应、时间效应、交互效应均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微视频健康教育模式能有效提升产妇健康知识掌握度和母乳喂养自我效能,提高产妇母乳喂养率,对于加快极低体重儿体质量增长有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of micro-video education mode on self-efficacy of breastfeeding and body mass level of very low birth weight infants in preterm mothers.Methods To select 120 premature delivery women who delivered in Changzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 as the research object.According to the principle of balanced and comparable basic characteristics between groups,the women were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases each group.Both groups of patients were given routine nursing.On this basis,the control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given micro-video education mode.Observe the mastery of health knowledge,self-efficacy of breastfeeding and breastfeeding rate of the two groups of pregnant women at the time of enrollment and 4 weeks of intervention,and observe the body mass level of the two groups of very low birth weight infants at the time of enrollment,intervention for 1 week,intervention for 2 weeks,intervention for 3 weeks,and intervention for 4 weeks.Four pregnant women were excluded from the study,and 116 pregnant women completed the study,58 in the control group and 58 in the observation group.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of health knowledge mastery between the two groups(P>0.05).At the 4th week of intervention,the scores of health knowledge mastery of the two groups were higher than those at the time of entry,and score of health knowledge mastery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the breastfeeding self-efficacy scale(BSES)scores and total score between the two groups(P>0.05).At the 4th week of intervention,the BSES scores and total score of the two groups were higher than those at the time of entry,and BSES scores and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate in the observation group was 53.45%,which was
