摘　　要：目的探讨利用微信平台实施功能锻炼量化管理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者康复的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年10月医院收治的60例乳腺癌术后化疗患者作为研究对象,按照组间资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规康复运动锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上利用微信平台实施功能锻炼量化管理。比较两组患者自我管理能力、肩关节活动度、患肢水肿程度、生活质量及护理质量满意度。结果观察组患者干预后的自我管理能力评分及患侧肩关节前屈、后伸、外展活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者患肢水肿程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分、护理质量满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台实施功能锻炼量化管理对于患者的术后康复具有积极作用,有利于提高患者的自我管理能力,增强依从性,提升肩关节活动度,降低患肢水肿程度,提高患者的生活质量及护理质量满意度。Objective To explore the effect of quantitative management of functional exercise on the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy by using WeChat platform.Methods To select 60 patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 as the study objects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used routine rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group used WeChat platform to implement quantitative management of functional exercise on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability,shoulder joint range of motion,edema degree of aff ected limbs,quality of life and satisfaction of nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-management ability score of the patients in the observation group and the degree of flexion,extension and abduction of the aff ected shoulder joint were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The edema degree of aff ected limbs in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score and satisfaction of nursing quality score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using WeChat platform to implement quantitative management of functional exercise has a positive effect on postoperative rehabilitation of patients,which is conducive to improving patients'self-management ability,enhancing compliance,improving shoulder joint mobility,reducing the degree of edema of aff ected limbs,and improving patients'quality of life and satisfaction with nursing quality.
