摘 要:为对高温基础特性有一个更好了解以便指导烧结配矿、提高烧结矿质量,通过试验研究并测定了包括低硅矿在内的10种铁矿粉的同化性、液相流动性、黏结相强度和铁酸钙生成量等高温烧结特性,在此基础上,分析探讨了铁矿粉化学成分对烧结高温基础特性的影响。研究表明,烧损(LOI)值越高,同化温度越低,但LOI值过高会使得液相流动性和黏结相强度降低;Al2O3质量分数的增加会使同化温度下降、黏结相强度和铁酸钙生成量增加,而液相流动性随着Al2O3质量分数的增加先升高后降低,Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数位于1.0%~1.5%范围内液相流动性指数较高;黏结相强度和铁酸钙生成量随着铁矿粉中SiO_(2)质量分数的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,SiO_(2)质量分数低于6.0%时,随着SiO_(2)质量分数增加,同化温度下降。研究结果对探究铁矿粉高温基础特性的影响因素具有一定的参考意义。In order to have a better understanding of the basic characteristics at high temperature so as to guide the sintering ore blending and improve the quality of sinter,the high temperature sintering properties such as assimilability,liquid fluidity,bonding phase strength and calcium ferrite production for 10kinds of iron ore powders including low-silicon ores were studied and measured by experiments.On this basis,the influence of chemical composition in iron ore powder on basic characteristics of sintering at high temperature was analyzed and discussed.The research shows that the higher the LOI value,the lower the assimilation temperature,but the over-high LOI value will reduce the liquid fluidity and the bonding phase strength.With the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)mass fraction,assimilation temperature decreases,bonding phase strength and calcium ferrite production increase,and the liquid fluidity first increases and then decreases with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)mass fraction.The liquid fluidity index is higher when the Al_(2)O_(3)mass fraction is in the range of 1.0%-1.5%.The bonding phase strength and calcium ferrite production increase first and then decrease with the increase of SiO_(2)mass fraction.When the SiO2mass fraction is lower than 6.0%,the assimilation temperature decreases with the increase of SiO_(2)mass fraction in iron ore powder.The study result has certain reference significance for exploring the influencing factors for basic characteristics of iron ore powder at high temperature.
