摘 要:死料柱浮起高度对炉缸寿命有重大影响,高炉设计、操作和炉内工作状态决定了炉缸死料柱的浮起高度。为了明确高炉设计、操作和炉内工作状态对死料柱浮起高度的影响规律,通过建立死料柱受力模型,以国内某5000m3级高炉为研究对象,定量分析了相关重要因素的影响程度。结果表明,死铁层深度占炉缸直径比例增加1%,死料柱浮起高度增加0.155m;球团矿比例提高10%,死料柱浮起高度降低0.058m;矿焦比增加0.1,死料柱浮起高度降低0.027m;压差增加10kPa,死料柱浮起高度增加0.29m;料线增加0.1m,死料柱浮起高度增加0.018m;铁口深度增加0.1m,死料柱浮起高度降低0.021m;铁口角度增加1°,死料柱浮起高度降低0.081m。研究结果为死铁层优化设计和调控高炉死料柱状况提供了指导和参考。The floating height of deadman in the hearth has a great significance on the hearth life.The design,operation and working state of blast furnace play a key role in the floating height of deadman.To clarify the influence law of blast furnace design,operation and working state on the floating height of deadman,the influence degree of relative important factors was quantitatively analyzed by establishing the force model of deadman,and taking a 5000m3 blast furnace in China as research object.The results show that the ratio of salamander depth to the hearth diameter increases by 1%,and the floating height of deadman increases by 0.155m.The proportion of pellet raises by 10%,and the floating height of deadman decreases by 0.058m.The ratio of ore to coke increases by 0.1,and the floating height of deadman decreases by 0.027m.When the pressure drops increase by 10kPa,the floating height of deadman rises by 0.29m.The stock line rises by 0.1m,the floating height of deadman increases by 0.018m.The taphole depth increases by 0.1m,the floating height of deadman decreases by 0.021m.The taphole angle rises by 1degree,the floating height of deadman decreases by 0.081m.The results provide guidance and reference for the optimization design of the salamander depth and the regulation of deadman condition for blast furnace.
