摘  要:介绍了开发铜液连续测控温的一种技术。铜/钢行业金属液测温难度大,多为人工用快速热偶间歇抽测的粗略方式;现开发了一种热偶护套管涂层制造技术,该热偶经实测铜液试验,达到了连续使用及耐热震基本要求;通过感应熔铸炉自动控温技术改造,铜液熔炼期及浇注期的过热度实现精确调控,提升了熔铸工艺温度控制技术水平和产品质量;该技术在铜液/钢液等金属液测控温技术领域,具有较广泛的推广应用价值。The development of a continuous temperature measurement and control technology for copper liquid are introduced.It is difficult to measure the temperature of liquid metal in copper/steel industry.At present,a manufacturing technology of thermocouple casing coating is developed.The thermocouple meets the basic requirements of continuous use and heat resistance shock through copper liquid test.Through the transformation of automatic temperature control technology of induction casting furnace,the superheat of molten copper during melting and pouring period can be precisely controlled,which improves the temperature control technology level of casting process and product quality.The technology has wide application value in the field of temperature measurement and control for liquid copper and liquid steel.
