摘　　要：从镀液中的不同元素对锌铝镁镀层的影响入手进行分析,并提出清洗段采用电解清洗结合磁过滤器是所有锌铝镁机组所必需的;提出了传统镀锌机组改造为6%~11%Al、2%~3%Mg、其余为Zn的工艺路线;镀铝锌机组改造为55%Al、2%Mg、1.6%Si、其余为Zn的工艺路线;并提出了在氮气不能充分提供的前提下完成锌铝镁产品升级的工艺路线。The influence of different elements in the plating solution on the zinc aluminum magnesium coating was analyzed and it was proposed that electrolytic cleaning combined with magnetic filter in the cleaning section was necessary for all the zinc aluminum magnesium units.The process route of transforming the traditional galvanizing unit into 6%~11%Al,2%~3%Mg and the rest Zn was proposed.The aluminum zinc plating unit is transformed into 55%Al,2%Mg,1.6%Si,and the rest is Zn.The technological route of upgrading zinc-aluminum-magnesium products on the premise of insufficient supply of nitrogen is proposed.
