摘  要:根据现有生产经验,ADU微球连续焙烧设备的最大难点是如何做到炉内气体均匀和温度场均匀,通过热场、流场数值模拟,在设备设计阶段充分论证设备结构,确保研制出的ADU微球连续焙烧设备不存在热场、流场不均匀、设备结构不合理等较大缺陷。基于ADU微球连续焙烧设备的自身特点,对焙烧设备的热场流场进行了模拟分析,综合考虑焙烧设备中的导热、对流、辐射等传热方式,获得在模拟稳定运行状态下炉内温度场、流场的分布情况,为ADU微球连续焙烧设备结构设计及制造提供一定的理论数据支持。According to the existing production experience,the biggest difficulty of ADU microsphere continuous roasting equipment is how to achieve uniform gas and temperature Held in the furnace.Through the numerical simulation of thermal field and flow field,the equipment structure is fully demonstrated in the equipment design stage to ensure that the developed ADU microsphere continuous roasting equipment does not have large defects such as uneven thermal field,flow field and unreasonable equipment structure.Based on the characteristics of ADU mi­crosphere continuous roasting equipment,the thermal field flow field of roasting equipment was simulated and analyzed.Considering the heat conduction,convection,radiation and other heat transfer modes in roasting equipment,the distribution o£temperature field and flow field in the furnace under the simulated stable operation condition was obtained,which provided certain theoretical data support for the structure design and manufacturing of ADU microsphere continuous roasting equipment.
