摘 要:文章提出了一种基于亚临界湿式氧化处置市政污泥的原位低碳技术。该技术可在污水处理厂内直接对剩余污泥进行减量与资源化利用,省去了污泥脱水、干化、外运、储存、焚烧外加助燃料的处置过程,大幅减少了碳排放。同时,该技术可以将污泥中有机质转化为可利用的碳源,回用于污水处理过程,可以将氮、磷从污泥中回收后作为肥料利用,从污泥中分离出固体残渣作为土壤改良剂使用,具有工艺流程短、占地面积小、无需后续处置过程和污泥资源化价值高的优势,是在“双碳”目标下的一种具有竞争力的市政污泥处置新方式,具有广阔的应用前景和良好的可持续发展潜力。An in-situ and low-carbon technology for municipal sludge disposal based on subcritical wet oxidation was proposed in this paper.This technology can directly reduce and recycle the residual sludge volume in sewage treatment plant,eliminate the disposal process of sludge dehydration,drying,transportation,storage and incineration with additional fuel,and greatly reduce carbon emissions.At the same time,the technology can not only convert the organic matters in the sludge into available carbon source to be recycled in the sewage treatment process,but also recover nitrogen and phosphorus from the sludge as fertilizers and separate the solid residue from the sludge as a soil amendment.The process has the advantages of short process flow,small floor area,no subsequent disposal process,high sludge recycling value,etc.It is a new and competitive municipal sludge disposal method under the"double carbon"goals,which has broad application prospects and good sustainable development potential.
