摘  要:面对春季玉米局部高水分情况,采用单一和多种通风方式相结合的方法对仓内局部高水分玉米进行通风降温试验。试验结果表明,春季粮堆通风降水时,上行式、下行式通风相结合的方式能够实现春季粮堆降水,在避免温差过大造成粮堆结露的同时,还能避免通风造成的粮食水分损失过大而引起粮食质量下降的情况;单一上行式通风方式能快速降低粮堆下层和中层粮食水分,但对上层粮堆降水效果不显著,而且如若通风不均还会造成粮堆局部取样点水分变化不均匀,不一致。试验结果为今后春季高温通风降水提供一定的理论依据。Faced with the local high moisture situation of spring corn,a combination of single and multiple ventilation methods was used to conduct ventilation and cooling experiments on local high moisture corn in the warehouse.The combined method can realize the precipitation of grain piles in spring,avoid the condensation of grain piles caused by excessive temperature difference,and also avoid the deterioration of grain quality caused by excessive grain moisture loss caused by ventilation.A single upward ventilation method can quickly reduce the grain moisture in the lower and middle layers of the grain pile,but the precipitation effect on the upper grain pile is not significant,and if the ventilation is not uniform,the water content of the local sampling points of the grain pile will change unevenly and inconsistently.The experimental results provide a certain theoretical basis for the high temperature ventilation and precipitation in spring in the future.
