摘　　要：我国褐藻资源十分丰富,褐藻中蕴含的诸多活性物质也逐渐为人们所认识与开发。而岩藻多糖作为褐藻活性物质的代表之一,随着近几年国内产业化的发展,消费者对其认知越来越多,接受度越来越高。本文介绍了岩藻多糖的结构及提取方法,综述了岩藻多糖具有的多种生物活性,包括改善胃功能、改善肠道健康、肾脏保护、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖及其他一些功能。The resource of brown algae is very rich in China,and many active substances contained in brown algae are gradually recognized and developed.As one of the representatives of the active substances of brown algae,fucoidan has become increasingly recognized and accepted by consumers with the development of domestic industrialization in recent years.This paper introduces the structure and extraction methods of fucoidan,and summarizes its various biological activities,including improving gastric function,improving intestinal health,kidney protection,anti-tumor,lowering blood lipid,lowering blood glucose and other functions.
