防治山东省特色小宗作物金银花尺蠖试验研究

摘　　要：为明确1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂和15%茚虫威悬浮剂用于防治金银花尺蠖的有效性和安全性,本研究采用浸渍法、喷雾法分别测定了2种药剂对金银花尺蠖的室内活性、田间防效以及对金银花的安全性。室内活性试验结果表明,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和茚虫威对金银花尺蠖均具有较高活性,LC_(50)值(48h)分别为0.2765、9.2883 mg/L,且较高于对照药剂高效氯氟氰菊酯(LC_(50)值11.3703mg/L)的活性。安全性试验结果表明,1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂和15%茚虫威悬浮剂对金银花植株安全,安全系数分别为4.0。田间药效验结果表明,1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂和15%茚虫威悬浮剂试验剂量下药后3~14d防效>80%。研究表明,1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂和15%茚虫威悬浮剂对金银花尺蠖具有较好的防治效果,可推荐作为田间防治金银花尺蠖的药剂。This article investigates the efficacy and safety of emamectin benzoate(1%ME)and indoxacarb(15%SC),in controlling heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu.Impregnation method and spray method were chosen to determine the indoor antibacterial activity,field trial efficacy and safety of these two insecticides on honeysuckle.The indoor results show that both emamectin benzoate and indoxacarb have strong antibacterial activities against heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu,with 48h LC_(50) values of 0.2765,9.2883 a.i.mg/L,respectively.Safety study indicates that emamectin benzoate(1%ME)and indoxacarb(15%SC)are very safe for ginger,with safety factors of 400%each.Moreover,field experiment demonstrated that emamectin benzoate(1%ME)and indoxacarb(15%SC)provide over 80%control efficacy against heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu 3~14d after treatment at the test doses.These results suggest that emamectin benzoate(1%ME)and indoxacarb(15%SC)are effective fungicides for controlling heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu.
