摘　　要：目的探讨罂粟乙碘油子宫输卵管造影的助孕效果。方法分析83例不孕症患者行罂粟乙碘油子宫输卵管造影的临床及影像资料,包括术前危险暴露史、生育史、流产史、不孕及月经史、既往病史及妇科检查史,术中过敏反应和血管逆流情况,术后的治疗方案及治疗后的妊娠和生产率等资料信息。结果83例不孕症患者在罂粟乙碘油子宫输卵管造影术后1年的妊娠率为40.9%,活产率为67.6%。过敏反应和血管逆流发生率分别为1.2%和8.4%。结论超液化罂粟乙碘油作为一类油性对比剂,在子宫输卵管造影术后对不孕症患者有一定的助孕效果,图像清晰度好,不良反应发生率低,是目前较为理想的子宫输卵管对比剂。Objective To explore the effect of hysterosalpingography with ethiodized poppyseed oil on assisting pregnancy.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 83 infertile patients undergoing hysterosalpingography with ethiodized poppyseed oil was analyzed.The data included preoperative exposure to risk factors,childbearing history,abortion history,infertility and menstrual history,past medical history,gynecological examination history,intraoperative allergic reactions,vascular reflux conditions,postoperative treatment plan,pregnancy and productivity after treatment.Results Among the 83 infertile patients who received hysterosalpingography with ethiodized poppyseed oil,the pregnancy rate reached 40.9%in the 1 year,with the live birth rate being 67.6%.The incidences of allergic reactions and vascular reflux were 1.2%and 8.4%,respectively.Conclusion As a type of oily contrast agent,super-liquefied ethiodized poppyseed oil can play a certain role in assisting in patients with infertile,with good image clarity and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is currently an ideal contrast agent for hysterosalpingography.
