摘 要:公共图书馆提供健康信息服务是响应“健康中国2030”战略的重要举措,是解决健康信息服务供给矛盾的有益尝试。文章使用网站调查法和比较分析法,从服务主体、服务对象、服务平台、服务方式和服务保障机制五个方面对中日78所公共图书馆的健康信息服务现状进行调查。调查结果表明,我国公共图书馆在利用社交媒体平台、建设防疫专栏和举办中医主题讲座方面较有特色,但在合作主体、馆员培训、资源分类、专栏建设等方面尚有待改进。我国公共图书馆应加强健康信息服务专业化队伍建设,立足于读者的现实需求,提供人性化的服务方式,通过健全保障机制来优化健康信息服务质量,推动自身健康信息服务的发展。The provision of health information services by public libraries is an important initiative in response to the strategy of"Health China 2030"and a useful attempt to solve the contradiction in the supply of health information services.Using website survey and comparative analysis,the article investigates the current situation of health information services in 78 public libraries in China and Japan in terms of service subjects,service targets,service platforms,service methods and service guarantee mechanisms.The survey results show that our public libraries are more distinctive in using social media platforms,building epidemic prevention columns and holding lectures on TCM topics,but there is still room for improvement in the areas of cooperative subjects,librarian training,resource classification and column construction.Public libraries in China should strengthen the construction of specialized teams for health information services,provide humanized service methods based on the realistic needs of readers,optimize the quality of health information services through sound guarantee mechanisms,and promote the development of their own health information services.
