摘 要:为了更好地优化CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构,建立三维有限元模型,通过谐响应分析研究了CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道在0~1200 Hz内的稳态响应,计算得到了钢轨和轨道板振动能量在空间和频域上的分布及传递特性,并讨论了扣件弹性垫层刚度对轨道结构能量分布的影响。结果表明:加载频率为0~1200 Hz时,轨道结构的振动能量在其各阶模态固有频率处达到峰值,其中,钢轨振动能量存在两个峰值,分别对应钢轨一阶挠曲变形和pin⁃pin振动;轨道板振动能量存在多个共振峰且主要集中在200 Hz以内,分别对应轨道板前几阶纵向弯曲振动。钢轨和轨道板振动能量大小与弹性垫层刚度紧密相关,尤其当加载频率位于钢轨一阶挠曲频率附近时,钢轨振动能量尤其是势能随弹性垫层刚度增大而明显降低,轨道板振动能量随弹性垫层刚度增大而显著升高。In order to better optimize the structure of CRTSⅢslab ballastless track,a three-dimensional finite element model was established.The steady state response of CRTSⅢslab ballastless track in the range of 0~1200 Hz was studied through harmonic response analysis.The distribution and transmission characteristics of rail and track slab vibration energy in space and frequency domain were calculated,and the influence of elastic cushion stiffness of fasteners on the energy distribution of track structure was discussed.The results show that when the loading frequency is 0~1200 Hz,the vibration energy of the rail structure reaches its peak at the natural frequency of each mode,and there are two peak values of the rail vibration energy,which correspond to the first order bending deformation and pin-pin vibration of the rail respectively.The vibration energy of the track plate has multiple resonance peaks and is mainly concentrated within 200 Hz,which correspond to the first several longitudinal bending vibrations of the track plate.The vibration energy of rail and track plate is closely related to the stiffness of the elastic cushion.Especially when the loading frequency is near the first bending frequency of the rail,the vibration energy of rail,especially the potential energy,decreases significantly with the increase of the stiffness of the elastic cushion,and the vibration energy of track plate increases significantly with the increase of the stiffness of the elastic cushion.
