摘  要:临港公铁两用长江大桥索梁锚固结构采用了新型双拉索钢锚箱,当两根拉索出现一根拉索断索或者换索时,钢锚箱受力出现极端工况,存在破坏的可能性。为探究新型双拉索钢锚箱结构在断索极端状况下的受力性能,根据缩尺理论设计缩尺模型试验进行研究分析。结果表明:在偏载荷载作用下,钢锚箱整体刚度约为450 kN/mm,在2.5倍设计荷载作用下,结构整体仍然处于弹性受力状态;在偏载作用下,偏载侧整体受力大于非偏载侧,锚固板与承压板外缘接触的位置受力较大,偏载侧最容易出现破坏。临港长江桥双拉索钢锚箱具有良好的受力性能,在断索偏载工况下整体仍然处于弹性状态,具有较大的安全储备。A new type of steel anchor box with double-cable is adopted for the cable and girder anchorage structure of the Lingang rail-cum-road Yangtze River Bridge.When one of the two cables is broken or replaced,the steel anchor box will be subjected to extreme stress conditions,which may cause damage.In order to explore the mechanical performance of the new double-cable steel anchor box structure under the extreme condition of broken cable,the scale model test was designed according to the scale theory for research and analysis.The results show that the integral rigidity of the steel anchor box is about 450 kN/mm under the eccentric load,and the structure is still in the elastic stress state under 2.5 times of the design load.Under the action of eccentric load,the integral stress on the eccentric load side is greater than that on the non-eccentric load side,and the position where the anchor plate contacts the outer edge of the bearing plate is subject to greater stress,and the eccentric load side is most likely to be damaged.The steel anchor box with double-cable-of Lingang Yangtze River Bridge has good mechanical performance,and is still in elastic state under the condition of broken cable and eccentric load,which has a large safety reserve.
