摘 要:乌东德电站蓄水后三堆子水文站的水流关系变化不仅增加了水文测验、水文资料整编的难度,亦关系到金沙江攀枝花江段的防洪形势以及乌东德入库水沙计算的准确性。以乌东德电站蓄水前后三堆子水文站的实测水文资料为研究对象,通过建立水位与流量、水位与流速的关系,分析三堆子站水位流量关系变化情况。结果显示:(1)乌东德电站蓄水后,当三堆子站流量大于4600 m^(3)/s且坝前水位高于970.00 m时,三堆子站水位流量关系线发生变化,关系线较蓄水前偏左,即同一水位下流量、流速较蓄水前均减小。(2)其余情况下,三堆子水文站水位流量关系和蓄水前一致,为单一线。基于以上结论,建立的水位流量关系更能准确反映出真实的水位流量关系变化的过程,为水环境监测、水文资料整编等提供依据。After impoundment of Wudongde Power Stations,the variations of water level-discharge relationship in Sanduizi Hydrological Station not only greatly increased the difficulty in hydrological measurements and data analysis,but also significantly influenced flood control situation of the river(Panzhihua section)and accuracy of inflow water and sediment calculation in Wudongde.In this paper,the hydrological data measured at Sanduizi Station before and after the impoundment of Wudongde Hydropower Station were taken as the research object,and the relationship of water level to discharge and flow velocity was established.The changes in the relationship were analyzed with respect to the water level in front of the dam.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)After the impoundment of Wudongde Power Station,when the flow rate at the Sanduizi Station was greater than 4600 m^(3)/s and the water level in front of the dam was higher than 970.00 m,the relationship line between water level and flow rate at the Sanduizi Station changed.The relationship lines of water level to flow rate and flow speed were shifted left compared with those before impoundment,implying that the flow rate and flow speed at the same water level were both reduced compared with those before impoundment.(2)In other cases,the water level and discharge relationship at Sandui Hydrological Station was the same as that before the impoundment,which is a simple correlation.The above characteristics can reflect the changes in the relationship between water level and discharge more accurately,providing a better control timing of flow measurement,to support water environment monitoring and hydrological data regrouping.
