摘　　要：社会经济的快速发展,为农网配电线路的应用带来了新的机遇与挑战,因此有必要对其改造和设计问题展开深入研究与探讨,并采取最优化的实施措施,达到事半功倍的改造设计效果。文章分析了农网建设与改造的总体要求、设计思路、农网配电线路安装工作、农网配电线路电能计量设施的配置以及相关对策,希望对后续相关工作的实践起到借鉴与参考作用。The rapid development of social economy has brought new opportunities and challenges to the application of rural power distribution lines.It is necessary to carry out in-depth research and Discussion on its transformation and design,and take optimal implementation measures to achieve twice the result with half the effort.This paper summarizes the relevant contents,analyzes the overall requirements of rural power network construction and transformation,design ideas,rural power distribution line installation,rural power distribution line energy metering facilities configuration and related countermeasures,and hopes to play a reference role in the practice of subsequent related work.
