摘 要:锂离子电池必须通过串并联构成电池组,以满足特定的能量功率需求,电池组内单体间的容量不一致性,使得电池组容量低于实际单体电池容量。文章针对串联电池组内各单体的容量估算方法开展研究,基于电池组运行历史数据,通过数据预处理手段提取电池组充电段外电压曲线,依据电压曲线相似性原理,通过将单体容量分段划分,对各单体容量进行估算。基于电池组测试对所提方法开展了试验验证,试验结果表明,该方法估算得到的单体容量误差在3%以内。该方法依托电池组历史数据,无需额外测试,计算速度快,在大批量电池包性能评估领域具有一定的优势。此外,单体容量估算结果也为电池包的维修维护提供了重要依据。Lithium ion batteries must be connected in series and parallel to form a battery pack to meet specific energy and power requirements,the inconsistency between the cells in the battery pack makes the capacity of the battery pack lower than that of the single cell.This paper proposed the capacity estimation method of single cell in the series battery pack,extracted charging voltage curve with data processing method based on the history data.According to the principle of voltage curve similarity,the capacity of each single cell was estimated by dividing the cell capacity into sections.The experimental results show that the error of the cell capacity estimated by this method is within 5%.This method relies on the historical data of the battery pack rather than the experimental test,and has a fast calculation speed.It has certain advantages in the field of battery pack performance evaluation,the estimation results can also provide an important basis for the maintenance of the battery pack.
