摘 要:在提高线路输送能力,同时保证供电可靠性的前提下,提出了一种适用于工程实时应用的综合增容方法,对已有的输电线路载流量方法进行了简化。为了快速确定需增容的输电线路,建立了电力市场优化购电和增容输电线路选择双层模型,同时提出了输电线路增容在保障电力市场平稳运行、缓解输电阻塞、抑制节点电价差异等方面的应用流程和方法。In order to improve the transmission capacity of the line and ensure the reliability of power supply,a comprehensive capacity increasing method suitable for real-time engineering application is proposed.In THIS paper,a simple and practical comprehensive capacity increasing method is proposed by simplifying the existing flow carrying methods of transmission lines and synthesizing the advantages of static temperature and capacity increasing technology and dynamic monitoring capacity increasing technology.In order to quickly determine the transmission lines to be increased in capacity,a two-layer model of electricity market optimization and transmission line selection for increased capacity is established.At the same time,the application process and method of transmission line increased capacity in ensuring the smooth operation of power market,alleviating transmission congestion,and restraining the difference of electricity price between nodes are proposed.
