摘  要:文章提出了一种调度数据网安全监管软件的设计和实现。在对现有调度数据网实际运维情况、风险评估需求、风险管控能力分析的基础上,给出了监管软件的框架和具体模块。软件在实现了标准信号的采集和服务代理的前提下,通过基于模板和流量状态的日志解析方法实现了通用的日志采集,基于分层及扩散分析模型实现了调度数据网的网络安全风险等级评估,对调度数据网拓扑的周期扫描实现了常态化的违规互联检测,在检测到高风险等级问题后,还能通过对交换机的操作实现主动的风险管控。运行实践表明,软件提高了运维人员发现并处理安全告警的效率,能够有效降低安全隐患,为调度数据网的稳定运行提供重要的技术保障。This paper presents the design and implementation of security supervision software for dispatching data network.Based on the analysis of the actual operation and maintenance of the existing dispatching data network,risk assessment requirements,and risk management and control capabilities,the framework and specific modules of the supervision software are given.On the premise of realizing the collection of standard signals and service agents,the software realizes the general log collection through the log analysis method based on templates and traffic status,realizes the network security risk level assessment of the dispatching data network based on the hierarchical and diffusion analysis model,and realizes the regular violation interconnection detection for the periodic scanning of the dispatching data network topology.After detecting the high risk level problem,It can also realize active risk management and control through the operation of the switch.The operation practice shows that the software improves the efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel in finding and handling security alerts,can effectively reduce security risks,and provides important technical support for the stable operation of the dispatching data network.
