摘  要:在现阶段的变电站中,远动通道有着十分重要的作用,它直接影响到变电站调度数据和电网操作的及时性、准确性。就目前变电站中的远动通道而言,其运维涉及的领域相对较广,包括检修、通信、调度自动化等,但是企业却缺乏相应技术支撑,导致网络通道故障排查较为困难,存在人为误操作的风险,有可能引发故障进一步扩大。另一方面是耗时较长,降低故障处理效率,故障的漫长处理过程将可能造成未知影响。基于此种情况,国内有关公司研发了一种新型远动通道检测与故障诊断系统,这种系统不仅整合了OS2系统的远动通道通信、调度数据网信息,而且还建立了相应的监测及故障诊断平台,在一定程度上实现了远动通道的全方位动态监测,同时能对各方的故障告警进行自动定位,这对于提升远动通道的故障处理效率有着十分重要的作用。In the current substation,the telecontrol channel plays a very important role,which directly affects the timeliness and accuracy of substation dispatching data and grid operation.As far as the telecontrol channel in the current substation is concerned,its operation and maintenance involves a relatively wide range of fields,including maintenance,communication,dispatching automation,etc.,but the enterprise lacks the corresponding technical support,which makes it difficult to troubleshoot the network channel.There is a risk of human misoperation,which may lead to further expansion of the fault.On the other hand,it takes a long time,reducing the efficiency of fault handling.The long process of fault handling may cause unknown impact.Based on this situation,relevant domestic companies have developed a new telecontrol channel detection and fault diagnosis system.This system not only integrates the telecontrol channel communication and dispatching data network information of the OS2 system,but also establishes a corresponding monitoring and fault diagnosis platform,which to a certain extent realizes the all-round dynamic monitoring of the telecontrol channel,and at the same time can automatically locate the fault alarms of all parties,This is very important for improving the fault handling efficiency of the telecontrol channel.
