摘  要:由于电力电缆敷设管道内作业空间有限,导致电缆不受控制,易被管道刮伤,提出电力电缆敷设工程转弯防外力破坏传导装置设计。通过计算电力电缆敷设牵引力与侧压力,确定装置用料尺寸,设计电缆敷设转弯防外力破坏传导装置方案,根据设计方案安装并调整传导装置组件。装置功能试验结果表明,此装置可有效解决电力电缆敷设过程中电缆表面损伤问题。Due to the limited working space in the power cable laying pipeline,the cable is easy to be scratched by the pipeline due to uncontrollability.The design of transmission device for power cable laying engineering to prevent external force from damaging the turn is proposed.The material size of the device is determined by calculating the traction force and side pressure of power cable laying,and the scheme of the conductive device for preventing external force from damaging the cable laying turning is designed.The conductive device components are installed and adjusted according to the design scheme.The function test results show that the device can effectively solve the problem of cable surface damage during power cable laying.
