摘  要:某核电机组汽水分离再热器蒸汽入口调节阀阀杆多次发生断裂,对缺陷部位阀杆进行理化分析,判断失效属于疲劳断裂。文章通过对阀杆进行强度校核计算,研究阀杆失效断裂的原因,是由于阀杆强度不满足使用要求。通过设计新阀杆并且对阀杆材质和结构进行改进,取得良好效果。WThe valve rod of the steam inlet control valve of the steam water separator reheater of a nuclear power unit has been broken for many times,and the physical and chemical analysis of the valve rod at the defective position has determined that the failure belongs to fatigue fracture.In this paper,through the strength check calculation of the valve rod,the reason for the failure and fracture of the valve rod is that the strength of the valve rod does not meet the requirements of use under some severe working conditions.Through the design of new valve stem and the improvement of valve stem material and structure,the field application has successfully verified that the improvement effect is good.
