摘 要:皮革制品作为一种重要的产品,其生产过程中会产生大量含有染料和有机溶剂等有害物质的废水,这些废水如果不经过处理直接排放到自然环境中,将会造成严重污染。因此,为了有效解决这一问题,相关人员需要加强对皮革废水处理工艺的研究与开发工作。目前常用的皮革废水处理方法主要包括物理吸附法、化学氧化法以及生物膜反应器等,但由于不同类型的污水处理方式所具有的优缺点各不相同,所以要想实现对皮革废水的高效处理,就要根据实际情况选择合适的污水处理工艺。本文提出了利用活性污泥法对皮革废水实施深度处理的新思路,并通过实验证明此种新型污水处理模式可以显著提高皮革废水的可生化降解率,从而降低废水处理成本,最终达到资源综合利用的目的,进而提高整个行业的整体效益。As an important textile product, the production process of leather products will produce a large amount of wastewater containing harmful substances such as dyes and organic solvents, which will cause serious pollution if not treated and directly discharged into the natural environment. Therefore, in order to effectively solve this problem, it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of leather wastewater treatment process. At present, the commonly used leather wastewater treatment methods mainly include physical adsorption method, chemical oxidation method and biofilm reactor, but because different types of sewage treatment methods have different advantages and disadvantages, in order to achieve efficient treatment of leather wastewater, it is necessary to choose the appropriate sewage treatment process according to the actual situation. A new idea of using activated sludge method to implement advanced treatment of leather wastewater is proposed in this paper, and experiments have proved that this new sewage treatment mode can signifi cantly improve the biochemical degradation rate of leather wastewater, thereby reducing the cost of wastewater treatment, and fi nally achieving the purpose of comprehensive utilization of resources, thereby improving the overall effi ciency of the entire industry.
