基层环保工作面临的危险废物管理问题及对策探讨

摘　　要：本文以天津市为研究对象,充分讨论了基层环保工作面临的危险废物管理当中存在的问题以及应对策略。首先,分析了危险废物分类以及常见危险废物的危害;其次,讨论了提高基层危险废物管理的必要性;再次,深入探析了基层环保工作中危险废物管理面临的问题,找到了问题的致因;最后提出了利于提升天津市基层环保工作中危险废物管理水平的对策。Taking Tianjin as the research object, this paper fully discusses the problems existing in hazardous waste management faced by grass-roots environmental protection and the countermeasures. Firstly, the classification of hazardous wastes and the hazards of common hazardous wastes are analyzed,secondly, the necessity of improving the management of hazardous wastes at the grass-roots level is discussed;thirdly, the problems faced by hazardous waste management in grass-roots environmental protection are deeply analyzed, and the causes of the problems are found;fi nally, some countermeasures are put forward to improve the management level of hazardous wastes in the grass-roots environmental protection work in Tianjin.
