摘　　要：南京某污水处理厂一、二期设计规模为10万m^(3)/d,扩建及提标改造工程于2015年完成。由于污水的腐蚀性较强,经多年运行,该厂曝气沉砂池室内外墙面、生化池厌氧区、缺氧区钢结构大棚存在不同程度的腐蚀现象。本文阐述了一种新型纳米防腐涂料在该厂的试用情况,并通过现场观摩、对比及性能检测,对其应用情况及经济性进行了评估及分析。The design scale of the fi rst and second phase of a sewage treatment plant in Nanjing is 100 000 m^(3)/d, and the expansion and upgrading project was completed in 2015. Due to the strong corrosion of sewage, there are different degrees of corrosion phenomenon in the indoor and outdoor wall of the aerated sand settling tank and the steel structure greenhouse of the biochemical tank. This paper expounds the trial situation of a new type of nano-anticorrosive coating in the factory, and evaluates and analyzes its application and economy through on-site observation, comparison and performance detection.
