摘　　要：加强环境监测全过程管理,提高环境监测水平,是顺应时代潮流的必然选择,环境质量保障措施的实施以其为重要支持,城市生态文明建设以其为指导措施。对于在环境监测全过程质量监督管理中出现的问题不够重视、工作人员积极性不高、管理体系不完善等问题,相关部门与人员应加强对质量管理的重视,完善管理体系,提升管理水平,只有这样,才能有效提高环境监测质量水平,保障我国环保工作的顺利开展。To strengthen the management of the whole process of environmental monitoring and improve the level of environmental monitoring is an inevitable choice to conform to the trend of the times, an important guarantee for the implementation of environmental quality measures, and an important measure for the construction of ecological civilization. For in the whole process of environmental monitoring quality supervision and management problems not enough attention, staff enthusiasm is not high, imperfect management system, and so on, relevant departments and personnel should improve the attention of quality management and active, improve the management system, improve management level, only in this way, can effectively improve the quality of environmental monitoring, and promote the implementation of environmental protection, promote the environmental protection work smoothly in our country.
