摘　　要：为切实提升我国生态环境质量,保证生态系统的完整性,最大限度地推动我国生态文明建设,本文首先对广东省生态环境现状进行简析,再对新时代生态环境管理体制改革的原则及目标进行分析,最后对生态环境管理体制的改革及完善进行研究,以供参考与借鉴。In order to effectively improve the quality of China’s ecological environment, ensure the integrity of the ecosystem, and maximize the sustainable of China’s ecological civilization construction. This paper first analyzes the current situation of the ecological environment in Guangdong Province, then analyzes the principles and objectives of the reform of the ecological environment management system in the new era, and finally studies the reformand improvement of the ecological environment management system for reference.
