摘　　要：目的 构建日间化疗质量与安全评价指标体系,为日间化疗的实施与推广提供客观、科学的质量与安全评价工具。方法 采用文献分析法、专家咨询法和德尔菲法确定评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重。结果 最终构建资源配置、服务能力、质量安全、效率效益4个评价维度、14个二级指标的质量与安全评价体系。结论 日间化疗质量与安全评价指标体系体现“质量安全”为第一要素,评价指标体系的构建对于引导医疗机构关注和提高质量与安全具有重要意义。Objective The quality and safety evaluation index system of ambulatory chemotherapy was constructed to provide an objective and scientific quality and safety evaluation tool for the implementation and promotion of ambulatory chemotherapy. Method Literature analysis,experts interview and Delphi method were used to establish the index system. The index weight was determined by Analytic hierarchy process. Result The quality and safety evaluation system of ambulatory chemotherapy was consisted of 4 first-class indexes,including resource allocation,service capability,quality and safety,efficiency and benefit. 14 Secondary evaluation indicators were constructed.Conclusion The quality and safety evaluation index system of ambulatory chemotherapy reflected “quality and safety”as the top priority. The evaluation system would guide medical institutions to pay attention to and improve quality and safety.
