摘　　要：党的二十大报告明确指出,推进健康中国建设,深化以公益性为导向的公立医院改革。作为医疗卫生服务的主体,公立医院在推进高质量发展中扮演着重要角色,医疗卫生健康事业的高质量发展能够更好地满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求。文章在阐述公立医院高质量发展内涵认识的基础上,探讨了地市级公立医院高质量发展的实践路径。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that itshould promote the construction of a healthy China,deepen the reform of the medical and health system,and deepen the reform of public hospitals oriented to public welfare.As the principal part of medical and health services,public hospitals play an important role in promoting high-quality development oriented by public welfare.The highquality development of medical and health undertakings can better meet the growing health needs of the people.First of all,it clarifies the connotation of high-quality development of public hospitals.It fully discussed the practice path of high-quality development of municipal public hospitals.
